Webineligibles will be modified to ensure continuous eligibility until the ‘final’ PHE unwind period. For current Medicaid eligible members on or after May 1, 2024, changes of circumstance and data exchange processes will now begin to have a real impact as eligibility will no longer be extended for newly ineligible members.
