Both work great. wsf 4.0 oal 1.125, 231 3.7 1.125 oal. I shoot them out of an xd tactical and have had zero problems, they shoot soft and they easily make power factor.

While zeroing in my new to me Aimpoint H-1, I had the following experience: 5" 9MM SBR AR style. 1) Initial start with old stuff: 147gr Xtreme Plated w/ SR7625 @ 3.0gr. Seated 1.110 w/ 0.375 crimp. CCI SPP. Dialed it in, pretty good, but those only run around 750~800 FPS.

For 147 grain 9mm loads I like Power Pistol. Good velocity and burns very cleanly at the higher pressures of 9mm. AA#7 would also work well.
