WebThe original SB-220 diodes were 1 amp (may have been 800ma) 600 V PIV diodes on the rectifier board. They lasted for MANY years in the SB-220 and there are most likely 100s of them still in daily use with them. The picture of the board were the diodes are blown up, is actually a Harbaugh replacement CAPACITOR board.
