WebIt could just be a REALLY slow load. I've just started my fs today and it took 13 minutes to load (started timing after 2 mins cause that's my normal loading time (I have 16 GB of mods)). Could just be pc having a moment so if you've got free time, even if windows says it's unresponsive leave it for like 15 mins.
